Michael O'Brien is a Project Assistant at Thorndike Development, where he supports the project managers and construction team with project coordination, permitting, and schedule tracking. He joined the company in 2026 as he begins his career in construction management. Before joining Thorndike, Mr. O'Brien held customer service and operational roles, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. He served as captain of the baseball team at Southern Maine Community College, where he strengthened his leadership and collaboration skills. Mr. O'Brien holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
