The Sign That Started a Forty-Year Partnership
At Great Brook, Thorndike hung a sign in the sales office that read “Don't Forget… We Love to Co-Broke!” It was Sales Manager Nancy Ciampa McLaughlin's way of making sure every agent who walked through the door knew the same thing: you're welcome here.
That was decades ago. The communities have changed. The sign hasn't. Today, brokers from Coldwell Banker, Jack Conway, Keller Williams, Compass, RE/MAX, and dozens of independent offices bring buyers to our three active neighborhoods — and they're greeted the same way they were at Great Brook.

Co-Broke Policy
01.
Attend The Visit
Accompany your client on their first visit to our sales center, in person. This establishes you as the procuring cause. If you can't attend, call our sales manager ahead of time to register your client before they visit.

2.5% Commission
Thorndike pays a 2.5% co-broke commission on the base price of the home at closing. Simple, predictable, paid directly to your brokerage.
03.
Stay in the Loop
We'll copy you on updates, scheduling, and milestones throughout the build process. Your client is your client — we work alongside you, not around you.
04.
Close Together
From deposit through closing, we keep you informed and involved. No runarounds, no surprises. You brought the buyer — you're part of the process.
