Brian Spaulding is the Senior Project Manager at Thorndike Development, where he leads the planning and execution of residential construction projects. He brings 25 years of residential construction experience spanning the full building lifecycle, from hands-on framing to leading the development of large-scale communities with hundreds of homes. Prior to joining Thorndike, Mr. Spaulding spent 15 years in field management and production leadership roles with nationally recognized builders including Toll Brothers and Lennar, where he managed complex construction projects with a focus on quality control, budget performance, and contractor management.
