By opting in, you may receive text messages related to home availability, floorplan updates, community events, sales inquiries, and customer support matters.
Participation in this program is voluntary. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing a home or receiving any other service from Thorndike Development.

Messages sent through this program may include updates on home availability and new releases at active Thorndike communities (Alden’s Reach, Larkwood, and Featherwinds), information about upcoming community events and open houses, responses to sales inquiries you have submitted, and customer support follow-ups related to your home.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the activity level at our communities.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual plan. Thorndike Development does not charge separately for SMS messages sent through this program.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to Opt Out
You may stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
